Luffie is the sweetest, happy boy with tippy, tappy toes!  He is an active breed mix, yet happy to sniff, explore and engage with you. Luffie loves company and would enjoy a home where he can hang out with a well-matched dog friend or to be close to you.   He loves cuddles and loves to soak up the sun.  A sweet, friendly boy who was handed into SPCA as unwanted.  He deserves to be a well-loved family member!
