Such a darling boy with such a personality!
Little Ratatouille came to SPCA in such a horrible state of neglect. He had no hair and was so emaciated (see photos below). After lots of care and treatment, he’s ready for a wonderful home.

He’s a playful, curious busy little guy best suited to a fun, active family with a dog friend or two as buddies. He loves to run and zoom about.
