Splashy is quite the character with a wonderful outgoing personality and playful nature. She has come a long way since her rescue by our inspectors from a canal during the storms. Splashy has gorgeous, expressive big ears and long legs. She is athletic and recommended for older kids (teens) and an active lifestyle.
