Twinkles is the most gentle soul. He came into SPCA in a terrible condition and very malnourished. There was a twinkle in his eyes and a wag of his tail, so that this little starved stray won the hearts of all who met him. Twinkles has gained weight and is looking and feeling better. He is inherently a shy little guy who is a match for a gentle person or mature family who will help him feel safe and secure.
