The Cape of Good Hope SPCA is thrilled to announce its nomination as the official charity partner for the TITAN Obstacle Course Run | CAPE TOWN #3, set to take place on 25 November 2023.

Prepare yourself for an exhilarating adventure that combines the thrill of trail running with heart-pounding obstacles that will challenge your determination and teamwork. This isn’t just a run; it’s a test of your resilience, courage, and ability to overcome barriers. As you embark on the trail running route, you’ll encounter a series of obstacles that will require your strength, agility, and mental fortitude to conquer. Your journey is not only about personal triumph but also about supporting a cause close to your heart #TeamSPCA.
About the Obstacle Course:
The obstacle course is aimed to simulate ancient real-life challenges/scenarios.
Trail running being the most common means of transportation, the obstacles involve pulling heavy objects, picking up and carrying a big rock, getting on the ground and back up, pushing large materials, climbing over things, crawling under an object, navigating through muddy terrain, etc.
Titan Challenger: +/- 5KM + Obstacles
A fast and furious race option. Don’t underestimate the shorter distance as it will put you through your paces and test your physical and mental toughness. This is not a normal 5K race, we will give you something to be proud of upon completing this race.
Take on this fast paced course solo or as a team.
Titan Savage: +/- 10KM + Obstacles
For those a bit more ambitious, taking on longer running and more Obstacles, requiring a good balance between strength, endurance and self management. Become a part of the Titan Savage tribe by enduring this race and crossing the finish line.
Solo and Team options are open for this race.
Entry levels:
Every participant is unique, so there is a range of distances and difficulty levels to choose from. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete looking for the ultimate challenge or a beginner eager to take on a new adventure, the TITAN Obstacle Course Run has something for everyone.
So, gather your friends, family, or colleagues and take on the Titan Challenge as a solo warrior or a united team.
ELITE
Elite athletes will compete in a competitive environment and will be required to complete all obstacles to avoid disqualification.
All Elite participants will be timed and will compete for podium spots and prizes (to be announced).
OPEN
Open entries are not required to complete all obstacles, but all participants are encouraged to still try their best to conquer all obstacles.
Open participants will not be timed but will receive a unique Titan Medal upon completion.
