The funds raised will go directly towards building a new flight aviary for injured birds of prey at our Short-Term Care Centre in Grassy Park. These large exercise enclosures are critical to ensuring a wild bird’s successful return to the wild in the shortest space of time. Keep an eye on our social pages for updates on the progress of this exciting construction!
– Hi-Tec for sponsoring the event and making sure our hikers were ready to tackle the trails.
– Trail Food Company for providing delicious breakfasts and light lunches to keep our energy levels high.
– Helderberg Nature Reserve for being the perfect host to our adventure-filled day.
