You’ve witnessed the fitness during #lockdownSA as determined TEAMSPCA athletes flexed their muscles for good. Now its your turn… the #spcacouchpotato anti-marathon has begun.
“But,” we hear you ask” How can I make a difference for animals in need whilst trapped between the couch and the fridge!”
It’s as easy as Pick your Challenge and #Doit4love – not a seasoned runner, Master Yogi or banana bread baker ? No fear – we have selected a range of tasks to suit everyone from Einstein to Homer Simpson.
- Shake your booty, La Bamba in the braaiplace or display your Dirty Dancing moves – no one leaves baby in a corner!
- Paint a masterpiece within a chosen time frame and offer to award the completed work as a prize to the person who donates the most to your challenge.
- Bake challenge: create the biggest Muffin; Ice cakes with a blindfold – get your friends to bet on who whipped this challenge best!
- Read 2 books in 2 days and ask people to sponsor 50c per page that you read
- Netflix 24 binge anti-marathon challenge
- Or just monkey-around and challenge your mates to a ZOOM pie-eating challenge; hottest chilli tasting or karaoke casino night – the options are endless but keep them PG please.
