Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K

Reading progress

The Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K  is a ‘proudly South African, proudly Cape Town’ must do mass participation road running event that celebrates everything Cape Town – the vibe, the city and the people!

Capetonians are fortunate to live in one of the world’s most environmentally rich cities; a city surrounded by natural spaces infused with wild plant and animal species, some found nowhere else on earth but here so it’s impossible to celebrate everything Cape Town without recognising and appreciating our beautiful and abundant wildlife.  Fortunately, we’re a nominated beneficiary, so when you enter, choose us as your charity of choice and donate to our cause, you’ll be able to do just that!

Event takes place Sunday 14 May 2023

Start time 09h00

Entries Close 8th May 2023

All contributions will go directly towards our important work, rescuing and responding to wild animals in distress.

The Absa Run Your City Cape Town 10K is open to all fitness levels so we don’t mind if you prowl like a predator, fly like a bird, scuttle like a crab, waddle like a duck or scurry like a mouse just enter now!

You’re guaranteed a great day out and about in the Mother City, you’ll be entertained by some of Cape Town’s leading performing arts groups along the route and it’s work like this that you will be supporting:

Did we mention that just by entering, collecting your race pack and getting to the start line on the 14th of May 2023 you could win a brand-new Chery Tiggo 4 Pro Urban Vehicle valued at over R289 000.00?

Don’t wait, enter now!  Entries close on the 8th of May.
