Team SPCA Athletes took part in the TotalSports Two Oceans Marathon to #RunForAnimals raising an incredible R160 000.00 towards our important work. In a challenging fundraising landscape for animal welfare, we’re grateful to every runner who chose to make their race count for more by going the distance for animals and every sponsor who makes our entry possible.
The Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K is a ‘proudly South African, proudly Cape Town’ must do mass participation road running event that celebrates everything Cape Town – the vibe, the city and the people!
45 Incredible cyclists answered our call to #Race2Rescue and cycled their hearts out in the Cape Town Cycle Tour on the 12th of March 2023.
Friday, November 4 is a big day for Aviwe Matina and Ayabonga Kobese, the Cape of Good Hope SPCA-sponsored cyclists who are riding in the Wines2Whales mountain bike race in support of animals.
What a journey it has been for Ross Dold aka Ross the Rooster, who captured the hearts of animal lovers and SPCA supporters in Cape Town and further afield.
On behalf of the Cape of Good Hope SPCA we would like to thank JBL SA for sponsoring Team SPCA Sanlam Cape Town runners while they participated in the Sanlam Cape Town Marathon or Cape Town 22KM /46KM Trail Run or the 10KM Peace Run this past weekend.- see attached photos.
