Howard has completed his 200th swim in 2h36 minutes

Reading progress

Howard has completed his 200th swim in 2h36 minutes, swimming “skins” AKA only in a speedo in water temperatures of 13.2 degrees, just a few degrees shy of single digits.

The day was all about cold water and warm hearts and Howard emerged from the ocean as not only the only man to have completed the Robben Island to Blouberg crossing 200 times but also a champion for animals. He has raised over R160 000.00 to support the work of the SPCA’S animal hospital

Thank you, Howard! You have touched hearts, inspired many, and have made a big difference for the animals in our care. You are our hero, with every stroke, enduring the cold water, waves and currents you were saving lives!

Howard has raised R160 000.00 and it is not too late to pledge your support. Donate now!
