In the true spirit of Nelson Mandela, who once said, “What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead,” we have witnessed an incredible outpouring of support from people and corporates across Cape Town.
As we wrap up this remarkable day, our hearts are filled with gratitude and inspiration. Nelson Mandela once said, “It is in your hands to create a better world for all who live in it.” Today, 158 compassionate participants took this to heart, braving the cold and rain to make a tangible difference in the lives of our animals.
Our hearts are bursting from the outpouring of love and support. To know we are not alone in the fight for a kinder world for animals is EVERYTHING to us! Know that this year, you have used your 67 minutes well by making a very real difference and that you have honoured the memory of Tata Madiba in the most wonderful of ways.
