When Estelle brought Lucky in for treatment, she was very clear “My dog snaps at and bites everybody but me, nobody else can touch my dog” she told us. Meanwhile back at camp SPCA, Brian took a WhatsApp video and sent it off to the nervous mommy.
A stunned Estelle responds “Brian sent me a Whatsapp video of him stroking my dog, I will never get over it. This can’t be true” Well, best believe it, camp SPCA has everything from horse whisperers, to an animal behaviourist and staff like Brian with real superpowers. “We were very impressed with the way Brian has looked after both our dogs,” said Marcello.
The couple had visited the Cape of Good Hope SPCA a week earlier to have one of their elderly furry companions put to sleep. They had been touched by the compassion of the hospital team that they returned this week to have Lucky treated for his swollen anal glands. Estelle says, “We were very scared to bring Lucky in, but Brian advised us on what to do and did all he could to put us at ease, we received such excellent service from Brian”. The couple shared the video Brian sent to them.
Estelle and Marcello decided to share some good cheer with a gift for every hospital staff member this morning to say thank you. Today being Marcello’s birthday! Thank you for making our day special Estelle and Marcello!
Can all our followers say “Happy Birthday Marcello”?
