The SPCA Tails Up Club: Helping Animals and Rewarding Donors

Reading progress

Dedicated to the protection and welfare of animals, our mission is to prevent cruelty to animals, promote their welfare, and educate the public about the importance of treating animals with kindness and respect. One of the ways we raise funds is through our Tails Up Club Lottery.

The Tails Up Club is a monthly lottery where you can buy a ticket for R50 and stand a chance to win R10,000. Proceeds raised from the Tails Up Club will support the operation and expansion of our mobile clinic presence in high-deprivation and high-need areas within the Cape Town Metropole.

This month’s Tails Up Club winner is Andree Janari. Andree’s initial reaction was total amazement. She couldn’t believe that she had won R10,000 by simply buying a R50 ticket. She said, “Are you serious?” and “Really fantastic!” Andree also took the opportunity to express her admiration for the SPCA’s work, and says she thinks the work we do is fantastic.

“Thank you ,SPCA, for the awesome work that you do to ensure the safety and well-being of God’s special creatures and his gift to us humans.”

Andree’s reaction is a testament to the impact that the SPCA has on the lives of animals and people. We rely on the generosity of donors to fund our work, and the Tails Up Club Lottery is a way to reward donors while also raising money for a good cause.

The SPCA Tails Up Club Lottery is a win-win situation for everyone involved. Donors have the chance to win a substantial amount of money while supporting a worthy cause, and the SPCA is able to continue its vital work in protecting and caring for animals.

Congratulations to Andree Janari on her win, and a big thank you to everyone who supports the SPCA. Your contributions make a difference!
