Wild Animal Rescue – Raging Fire in Tableview Vlei

Reading progress

Inspectors of the Cape of Good Hope SPCA have been in Tableview since last night looking for animals that have been affected by the raging fire in the vlei area.

Our Inspectors were in the field until after dark looking for animals. First thing this morning the team returned to the area to continue the search.

The fire is still blazing.

Many wild animals will be displaced and injured as a result of the fire.

We are appealing to the public for financial donations to cover the costs of:
– Manpower
– Fuel
– Time
– Hospital
– Rehabilitation
– Re-release
– Humane euthanasia for animals with extraordinary suffering
Your continued dedication, ongoing support and passion for protecting the lives of wild animals is what makes us successful.
